Established in 2001, Southern Impact is owned by Lesli Downs. Raised on her family’s farm, she has first-hand knowledge of seasonal needs. 

 

Lesli remains in personal contact with clients as she pursues their goals. 

 

She works behind-the-scenes, focusing on accurate preparation of DOL and USCIS forms, serving Southern Impact clients as their liaison between these agencies, keeping abreast of requirements, and lobbying on behalf of her employer clients.
